There may be some friends who don’t understand the term polyethylene wax. Here we will first introduce what PE wax is. PE wax is a low molecular weight polyethylene, with a molecular weight of about 2000-5000, and a hydrocarbon mixture with a carbon atom number of about 18-30. The main components are linear alkanes (about 80% – 95%), and a small number of alkanes with individual branches and monocyclic cycloalkanes with long side chains (the total content of the two is less than 20%).
